Which delivery service will my order be sent with?All UK orders will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure a quick transit, tracking, Photo and signature upon arrival and insurance to cover costs against any loss or damage.

Whoops! I missed my delivery, what should I do?Usually you will receive a postal slip through the letter box stating they have missed you. Follow the instructions on the slip to find out where your order has been taken to.

The item I was hoping to buy is out of stock, will it be restocked?Keep updated with us by following along on socials, any restock will be announced on there, you can also keep checking back on here to see if it has been restocked. Once Limited Editions are sold out then they won’t be restocked due to the nature of them being a closed edition of a select size! The same applies to all original paintings as well. So if you love it don’t hang about to be disappointed, once it’s gone it’s gone!

Can I have my painting framed?This is something Hollie will strive to achieve in the future, but currently all paintings are sent unframed, in a tube rolled as we cannot guarantee the safe transit of a framed piece with glass. She has taken out the hard work for you and written her recommendations on how you can have your painting framed professionally, so you need not panic on how to have this done! This can be found by going to any of our prints for sale and reading in the description.
