I, Hollie Anne the Artist, owns all the rights to the art that i create, including commissions. You man neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written consent AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited. Only I am allowed to post my own art on my social media and also in my portfolios - digital and physical. My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.

In addition, any art I create is my own. I own all the rights to all artworks for reproduction, published materials, online sales, prints, marketing including social media, or any other merchandise, this includes commissions.

I, the artists, own the Intellectual Property on this website, including all artwork and imagery.

COMMISSIONS

Commissions are for personal use only.

I, the artist, hold the right to the produced artwork commission, not the commissioner.

Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

Publish books with
To display it anywhere to my liking
Post it anywhere I want

I do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

You are responsible for any information you give when regarding commissions, this includes but not limited to photos for inspiration, you are responsible to ensure you have permissions to use any imagery you would like to use as inspiration for commissions. I will not be liable for any misused information, data or photos from you.

Do not send payment for any commission before I have confirmed a slot for you and have then requested payment.

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED - The following is considered copyright infringement

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way) and for personal use.
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
Recreating any artwork created by I, the artist, in a similar style and similar subject matter and sold commercially.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.

You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.

You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.

If you sell your character/art, you may not charge more than what you originally paid for the item.
My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.

I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art.
If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. Privacy fees change based on commission type and complexity, to account for lack of advertising.
