Limited Edition print from the original Watercolour and ink by Hollie Anne.
Image size Approx. H 11" x L 14.5" / H 28cm x L 37cm
Due to the nature of the style of painting around the edges, an approximate image size will be given. I recommend waiting for your print to arrive first before arranging framing and mounting to avoid disappointment if the size slightly differs to what you have arranged.
This is a high quality hand signed limited edition giclée print from the original watercolour in an edition size of 150. The image is reproduced on 100% Cotton rag 310gsm paper with archival pigment inks.
All limited edition prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity and come securely rolled, unmounted and unframed to ensure a safe transit to you! Please do read my recommendations section for how to care for and frame your limited edition print.

'Don't Tell Mum !'
If you have just purchased one of these beautiful giclee' prints, then I know you will want to get it straight up on the wall as soon as you can so you can enjoy it!
So I have put together a short list of how to go about doing exactly this, here's hoping to take the brain power out of the process for you! (-I know! you're very welcome!)
- So, your print has just arrived! You're super excited!! I know - but wait wait ! Try to avoid touching this print with your fingers as you can easily transfer permanent marks and creases which will show when it's framed and on the wall. And that won't do!
- Find yourself a local reputable framers to take your print to be dry mounted, mounted and framed.
- What is dry mounting you say?? Do I need to do this you ask?? Well, yes I absolutely would. This is a non-reversable process where they apply a light adhesive to the back of your print and then vacuum it on to a backing board so that the print is perfectly flat in its frame! I do have this process on my original paintings as well as prints to create a perfect visual finish. Speak to your framers regarding all the information around this process.
- When choosing a mount you could do either a single, or a double with a colour which complements the Giclee' print you have just purchased. Try to look at the colours used in the painting and draw one out (-your framers can absolutely help with showing you options if you get stuck!)
- Now for the frame. I know lots will choose a frame type and colour based on the interior design of a room they plan for it to go in... But wait! Sometimes this doesn’t always compliment the art work, and after all you are spending money on having this framed professionally -so let's get this right! Because of the nature of the paintings I would recommend a light wood frame such as an oak to complement it.
- Now the next big question is glass options... generally speaking you will have the option between two; Standard glass and 'Art Glass'... and if you have a fancy framers they may even offer more choices such as museum glass - But this isn't necessary ! My Giclee' prints are printed using archival pigment inks but I would absolutely always recommend going for 'Art Glass' as it is UV protective and anti-reflective to the point where you can barely notice there is any glass there! For a slight extra cost the difference you will notice between them both is incomparable.
- So now you have chosen your frame and mounts and it has all been made for you! Now you are home deciding where it will look best. I would recommend keeping it away from any form of heat source such as radiators and fire places. Due to the nature of the print being on paper I would also avoid damp areas such as bathrooms, and if possible keep out of direct sunlight.
And that's it! I truly hope your new limited edition print brings you a life time of happiness and a few giggles along the way, from the bottom of my heart thank you for supporting an independent artist !
